Key responsibilities:
  • Analyze business goals and curate relevant customer data sources (CRM, web, social, purchase history)
  • Select and implement AI algorithms (e.g., K-means, hierarchical clustering, LLMs) for segmentation
  • Build dynamic customer profiles for actionable cohort analysis and predictive targeting
  • Integrate visualization and reporting tools for segment insights and performance tracking
  • Ensure data governance, compliance, and privacy standards are met
  • Train team members in using and interpreting segmentation outputs
  • Advise on best practices for data integration and ongoing optimization
