We are searching for a skilled AI developer or legal tech specialist to design, build, and deploy a cutting-edge contract analysis and compliance checking solution. Our aim is to automate the review of legal documents for risk, accuracy, and compliance in various domains—including NDAs, vendor agreements, employee contracts, and commercial deals—while reducing manual bottlenecks and increasing operational speed.The ideal partner will leverage advanced natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to extract key clauses, flag risky or non-compliant language, benchmark terms against playbooks, and generate actionable reports for decision makers. The solution should be adaptable for legal, sales, HR, procurement, and finance teams.
Scope of Responsibilities:

• Analyze and structure incoming contracts in search-friendly formats using OCR, NLP, and ML
• Implement AI-powered clause extraction, risk scoring, and compliance verification
• Compare contract terms against internal policy and regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR, industry codes)
• Flag unusual terms, missing or ambiguous clauses, and suggest compliant language
• Provide user-friendly dashboards and downloadable reports
• Enable multi-stakeholder collaboration and redlining on contract drafts
• Ensure full data security and privacy compliance
• Deliver clear documentation, onboarding, and support for go-live
